In most cases it’s best to contact your primary care physician’s office directly to ask. Keep in mind they might call it “telehealth,” “telemedicine” or the name of a virtual service.

How much does a virtual visit cost?

What you pay out of pocket for telehealth services will vary depending on your benefit plan. But it won’t cost more than what you pay for an in-office visit.

More ways to get virtual care

Virtual visits may be available for certain follow-up visits and behavioral health care services. Virtual urgent care is also available for members with Sharp Rees-Stealy Medical Group and Sharp Community Medical Group.
