As a Sharp Health Plan member, you may have the option of appointments with your doctor from the convenience of your smartphone, computer or tablet.
If you have a medical concern or need a follow-up appointment — and you’d like to save a trip to the doctor’s office — a video or phone visit might be the ideal option. Plus, you’ll be able to have your appointment from wherever is most convenient for you. We recommend discussing with your doctor whether this type of visit is right for you.

Registered nurses are available through Sharp Nurse Connection® after regular business hours and on the weekends. They can talk with you about an illness or injury, help you decide where to seek care and provide advice on any of your health concerns. Nurses
are available from 5 p.m. to 8 a.m., Monday through Friday, and 24 hours a day on weekends.
Call 1-800-499-8300 (TTY/TDD: users call 711) and select the option to speak with a nurse.
