Over-the-phone medical advice

For medical advice outside of business hours, call 1‑855-562-8853 to speak with a registered nurse. Available 5 pm to 8 am, Monday through Friday, and 24 hours a day on weekends and holidays.

Language assistance

To request an interpreter, call 1-855-562-8853 at least three days before a scheduled appointment and let us know your preferred language.
