Getting care during a disaster

If a state of disaster or emergency is declared in your geographic area, you can still use your Sharp Direct Advantage® benefits.

During a declared disaster, you may obtain care from out-of-network providers at in-network cost-sharing. If you cannot use a network pharmacy during a declared disaster, you may fill your prescription drugs at an out-of-network pharmacy for the same cost-sharing as our network pharmacies. Sharp Health Plan has a network of pharmacies located in the United States. Please call Customer Care at 1-855-562-8853 for more information.

The pharmacy network, and provider network may change at any time. You will receive notice when necessary.
