Membership in SDPEBA San Diego Public Employee Benefit Association is San Diego Municipal Employees Association (MEA), City of San Diego Retired Employees' Association (REA), or Retired Fire and Police Association of San Diego (RFPA) is not required to join.
To join, you must:
